Dear minghui,
Yes I do have exprience with Radarsat-1 Raw Data with standard mode only.
Unlike ERS-1/2, the header part of each line of Radarsat-1 Raw data is
different from line to line. I can not remember in detail but it has some
patterns, say, it has header every seven or eight lines. This is because the
replica pulse is stored every seven or eight lines. Each line has a specific
data point which tells you the length of header, and you need to deciper it.
Anyway, a general assumption that each line should have the same amount of data
bytes breakes in case of Radarsat-1.
It would be easier for you if you have Radarsat-1 Raw data document.
In any case, the data part has 0-15, and your negative data would be a result
of inappropriate header byte removal, as far as I can guess.
